On May 30, 2018, in Docket No. RD18-2-000, FERC issued a delegated order approving regional Reliability Standard BAL-004-WECC-3 (Automatic Time Error Correction). Regional Reliability Standard BAL-004-WECC-3 seeks to maintain Interconnection frequency and to ensure that time error corrections and primary inadvertent interchange payback are effectively conducted in a manner that does not adversely affect the reliability of the Western Interconnection. NERC’s filing was noticed on March 13, 2018. Southern California Edison filed a timely motion to intervene, raising no issues.
