FERC Accepts Amended Compliance and Certification Committee Charter

On June 28, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-4-000, FERC issued a delegated order accepting NERC's filing of the Amended Compliance and Certification Committee Charter (CCC) to reflect the participation of CCC observers in NERC audits of Regional Entities in accordance with Appendix 4 of the NERC Rules of Procedure. NERC had submitted the amended CCC on March 15, 2018.
