On June 4, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-7-000, NERC submitted a petition for approval of proposed amendments to the NERC bylaws. The proposed amendments reduce the required timeframe for notice of special closed sessions of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, the proposed amendments would correct a minor typographical error in Article VIII of the Bylaws.
