On August 24, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-8-000, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of the 2019 Business Plan and Budgets for NERC and the Regional Entities. NERC seeks a 2019 budget of $80 million, approximately $7 million greater than the 2017 budget.
