NERC Submits Compliance Filing in Response to January 16 Order

On August 14, 2018 in Docket No. FA11-21-000, NERC submitted a compliance filing providing an unaudited report of NERC’s budget-to-actual variance information for the second quarter of 2018. NERC’s obligation to file this report arises from a Settlement Agreement approved by the Commission on January 16, 2013 between the Office of Enforcement and NERC. The Settlement Agreement requires NERC to file unaudited reports of budget-to-actual spending variances during the preceding quarter within forty-five days of the end of each quarter.
