On September 6, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-8-000, FERC issued a delegated order approving the amended Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) bylaws. The amendments add two Regional Director positions, increasing the total number of Independent Director positions on MRO’s Board of Directors.
