NERC Submits Compliance Filing in Response to Order Related to ROP Amendments

On November 16, 2018, in Docket No. RR17-6-000, NERC submitted a compliance filing in accordance with the directives in the Commission’s July 19, 2018 Order. The July 19 order approved and denied in part amendments to the NERC Rules of Procedure (ROP). Specifically, the order directed NERC to (1) submit a compliance within 120 days restoring Rule of Procedure Sections 603 (Examination and Maintenance of NERC System Operator Certification Credentials), 604 (Dispute Resolution Process) and 605 (Disciplinary Action) and (2) correct typographical errors in proposed Sections 600 and 900.
