On December 11, 2018, in Docket No. RR18-11-000, FERC issued a delegated letter order approving the request to transfer the registration of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) and Upper Michigan Energy Resources Corporation (UMERC) from the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) Regional Entity footprint to the ReliabilityFirst (RF) Regional Entity footprint. This request was submitted by NERC, MRO and RF on September 26, 2018. No adverse comments were received.
