On March 1, 2019, in Docket No. RR19-3-000, FERC issued a letter order accepting NERC's November 30, 2018 filing of an amended Compliance and Certification Committee (CCC) Charter. The proposed amendments to the CCC Charter were made to reflect the dissolution of the Southwest Power Pool Regional Entity (SPP RE) by removing SPP RE from the Regional Entity sector in the CCC membership structure found in Attachment A of the CCC Charter.
