On August 23, 2019, in Docket No. RR19-8-000, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of the 2019 Business Plan and Budgets for NERC and the Regional Entities. NERC seeks a 2020 budget of $83 million, approximately $4 million greater than the 2019 budget.
