NERC Submits Request to Extend Deadline for Data Request

On March 4, 2020, in Docket No. RM19-20-000, NERC and WECC submitted a letter requesting an extension of time to response to the Data Request issued on February 18, 2020. Specifically, NERC and WECC request an additional 45 days to respond to the Data Request. The Data Request was issued following a NERC and WECC’s joint petition to retire Requirement R2 in proposed regional Reliability Standard BAL-002-WECC-3. If the request is granted, NERC and WECC would be required to respond to the Data Request by May 4, 2020.
