On April 2, 2020, in Docket No. RR19-7-000, FERC issued an order granting an extension of time for NERC to submit compliance filings pertaining to NERC’s Five-Year Performance Assessment. On January 23, 2020, the Commission issued an order on North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) five-year performance assessment that directed NERC to make two compliance filings. FERC has now extended the deadline in response to COVID-19. The new deadline for this filing is June 1, 2020.
