NERC and Regional Entities Submit Revised RDAs Petition

On June 29, 2020, in Docket No. RR20-5-000, NERC and the six Regional Entities submitted a joint petition for approval of the revised Pro Forma Regional Delegation Agreement and revised Regional Entity RDAs. The RDAs delegate authority to the Regional Entities to: (1) propose Reliability Standards to the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO), (2) enforce Reliability Standards, and (3) carry out other activities necessary to perform delegated functions. These RDAs are being submitted because the term of the currently effective RDAs ends on December 31, 2020.
