NERC Submits Amended CCC Charter

On June 12, 2020, in Docket No. RR20-4-000, NERC submitted a petition for approval of its amended Compliance and Certification Committee Charter (CCC). Among other things, the proposed amendments clarify certain functions of the CCC, propose hybrid membership and additional membership criteria, redefine the term of membership, and clarify meeting procedures. The NERC Board approved the amendments on May 14, 2020.
