On June 1, 2020, in Docket No. RR19-7-001, NERC submitted its compliance filing in response to the Commission Order on the 5-year performance assessment. FERC’s order, issued January 23, 2020, directed NERC to submit a compliance filing within 90 days on the following areas: Oversight of Regional Entities, Development of Reliability Guidelines, and Clarifications regarding the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC).
