FERC Issues Order Conditionally Approving Delegation Agreements

On December 30, 2020, in Docket No. RR20-5-000, FERC issued an order conditionally approving a revised pro forma Delegation Agreement and revised delegation agreements between NERC and each of the six Regional Entities (RDAs). The order directs NERC to modify the revised pro forma Delegation Agreement and revised Delegation Agreements and submit a compliance filing to address these modifications within 120 days of this order.
