On February 25, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-3-000, NERC submitted to FERC a petition for approval of TexasRE Bylaws revisions. The proposed revisions would revise one Article in the Bylaws to allow more flexibility in scheduling TexasRE’s annual meeting, and add one Article to specify governance procedures during an emergency.
