On August 24, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-9-000, NERC submitted a petition seeking Commission approval of the 2022 Business Plan and Budgets for NERC and the Regional Entities. NERC seeks a 2022 budget of $88 million, approximately $6 million more than the 2021 budget.
