NERC Submits Amended 2022 NERC Budget

On September 29, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-9-000, NERC submitted an amendment to its request for acceptance of its 2022 business plan and budget, 2022 business plans and budgets of the Regional Entities, and for approval of proposed assessments to fund the budgets. The amendment is being submitted to address expenditures NERC expects to incur in 2022 in connection with its anticipated move to a new headquarters office location in Atlanta, Georgia.
