On October 28, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-3-000, FERC issued a Notice of Extension of Time for a compliance filing deadline regarding a revision to the Texas RE bylaws. NERC and Texas RE requested this deadline extension to accommodate time needed to allow the Texas RE Board of Directors to approve an amendment to its Bylaws addressing a directive issued by FERC in its order conditionally approving revisions to the Texas RE Bylaws. The deadline for the compliance filing is now December 21, 2021.
