FERC Accepts Revisions to SERC Bylaws

On November 1, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-6-000, FERC issued a letter order accepting revisions to SERC Bylaws. NERC and SERC submitted the revisions on July 9, 2021. The revisions amend Article V of the SERC Bylaws to modify the commencement of terms for Board Officers, Sector Directors, and Independent Directors by one month and memorialize SERC’s Board Chair position as an ex-officio, non-voting member of all Board Committees.
