NERC and Texas RE Submit Amendments to Texas RE Bylaws

On December 21, 2021, in Docket No. RR21-3-001, NERC and Texas RE submitted a compliance filing for approval of amendments to Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. Bylaws. The proposed amendments will revise Article VI of the Texas RE Bylaws to include a public notice provision for emergency meetings. This change is pursuant to direction from the Commission in its Order dated October 7, 2021 in Docket No. RR21-3-000. These revisions were approved by the Texas RE’s Board on October 20, 2021, and Texas RE’s Members on November 12, 2021.
