NERC and ReliabilityFirst Propose Amendments to ReliabilityFirst Bylaws

On February 18, 2022, in Docket No. RR22-1-000, NERC and ReliabilityFirst submitted a petition for approval of amendments to ReliabilityFirst bylaws. The proposed revisions would: (1) update references to the Articles of Incorporation; (2) remove inaccurate language stating that the ReliabilityFirst Board may establish and impose penalties and sanctions for noncompliance; and (3) incorporate edits to comport with Delaware Corporate Law Changes. The petitioners request that the Commission approve the proposed Bylaws effective June 1, 2022.
