On January 14, 2010, FERC issued a letter order in Docket No. RR10-3 accepting NERC's proposed amendments to its Rules of Procedure (ROP) that NERC submitted on November 12, 2009, in order to reflect the elimination of the Reliability Readiness Evaluation and Improvement Program.
