On January 14, 2010, FERC issued a letter order in Docket No. RR10-2 accepting the proposed amendments to delegation agreements between NERC and each of the eight Regional Entities that NERC submitted on November 12, 2009, for the purpose of extending the initial term of each such delegation agreement until May 1, 2010.
