FERC Rejects US Army COE’s Rehearing Request

On January 5, 2010, in Docket No. NP09-26, FERC issued an order rejecting the US Army Corps of Engineers – Tulsa District (COE – Tulsa) request for rehearing of the Commission’s October 15, 2009, order affirming the COE – Tulsa and other federal entities that use, own or operate the Bulk Power System must comply with mandatory Reliability Standards.
