NERC and NRC Enter into MOU regarding Cyber-Security at Nuclear Power Plants

On January 11, 2010, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between NERC and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) was noticed in the Federal Register. The purpose of the NERC-NRC MOU is to set forth and coordinate the roles and responsibilities of each organization with respect to the application of their respective cyber-security requirements for the protection of digital assets at commercial nuclear power plants in the United States.
