On February 19, 2010, in Docket No. RR10-6, NERC submitted a petition to FERC seeking approval of an agreement delegating authority to Texas Reliability, Inc. as the Regional Entity for the ERCOT Region and successor to Texas Regional Entity, a division of ERCOT.
