FERC Issues NOPR on Interpretation of Transmission Planning Reliability Standard

On March 18, 2010, FERC issued a notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) in Docket No. RM10-6, in which the Commission proposes to reject NERC’s proposed interpretation of Requirement R1.3.10 of Reliability Standard TPL-002-0 and, instead, proposes an alternative interpretation of the provision.
