On March 18, 2010, FERC issued a notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) in Docket No. RM09-13, in which the Commission proposes to remand the NERC’s proposed revised Time Error Correction Reliability Standard (BAL-004-1) in order for NERC to develop several modifications to such standard.
