On May 17, 2010, NERC filed with FERC a compliance filing in Docket No. RM06-22-013 in response to FERC’s March 18 Order on CIP VSL Assignments. In its 506 page compliance filing, NERC submits revisions to 57 sets of Violation Severity Level (“VSL”) assignments for Version 1 of the Critical Infrastructure (“CIP”) Reliability Standards.
