On June 11, 2010, FERC issued an Order in Docket No. RM06-16-012 denying rehearing and granting partial clarification, denying the request for stay, and granting extension of time for the March 18, 2010 Order directing NERC to submit a modification to Table I, footnote b of Transmission Planning (TPL) Reliability Standard TPL-002-0 that is responsive to a Commission directive regarding footnote b set forth in Order No. 693.
