U.S. Supreme Court Issues Decision in Free Enterprise Fund v. PCAOB

On June 28, 2010, the United States Supreme Court issued a decision in Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) is a self-regulatory organization that was created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
