NERC Submits 24 NOPs to FERC for Review

On July 7, 2010, NERC submitted the following twenty-four Notices of Penalty (NOPs) to FERC for review. Several of the NOPs submitted by NERC were for violations of CIP-related Reliability Standards and, due to the confidential nature of such CIP-related violations, the offending Registered Entity’s name is not identified.
