NERC Submits Reconciliation Report regarding Texas Regional Entity

On September 24, 2010, NERC submitted a reconciliation of the approved original 2010 Business Plan and Budget of the Texas Regional Entity to the actual receipts and expenditures by the Texas Regional Entity from January 1, 2010, through July 1, 2010 (i.e., through the date upon which Texas Reliability Enity, Inc, the successor to the Texas Regional Entity, became the new Regional Entity for Texas). Included in NERC’s reconciliation report is a demonstration that all unpsent collections and reserves have been appropriately transferred to the new Texas RE.
