On October 21, 2010, FERC issued an order in Docket No. RR10-11-000 approving, subject to modification, NERC’s revisions to the following: (1) the pro forma Delegation Agreement; (2) the eight Delegation Agreements between NERC and the Regional Entities; (3) the NERC Rules of Procedure; and (4) the FRCC and MRO Bylaws. NERC filed its proposed revisions to the above documents on June 9, 2010 (and supplemented them with a June 17, 2010 filing). To view FERC’s order, click here.
