FERC Issues Notice of Technical Conference on Reliability Monitoring, Enforcement and Compliance

On Friday, October 1, 2010, FERC issued a notice in Docket No. AD11-1 that it will conduct a technical conference on November 18, 2010 to "explore issues associated with reliability monitoring, enforcement and compliance." FERC previously announced its intention to conduct this conference in its September 16, 2010 Order re-certifying NERC as the ERO. The conference will be held from 1:00pm to 5:00pm EST and can be viewed on the web. In addition, an agenda will be posted in advance of the conference. To view the notice, click here.
