FERC Issues Letter Order Approving Revised VSLs for FAC-014-2, R1, R3, and R4.

On December 7, 2010, in Docket No. RM08-11, FERC issued a letter order approving the revised violation severity levels (VSLs) assigned to Reliability Standard FAC-014-2, Requirements R1, R3, and R4, which address facilities design, connection and maintenance. It also ordered that NERC make a compliance filing by January 6, 2010 with typographical corrections to the VSLs for Requirement R2. To view the order, click here.
