FERC Issues Order Granting Rehearing Regarding Request for Reconsideration of a TFE Determination

On December 10, 2010, in Docket No. RR10-1, FERC issued an order granting NERC request for rehearing for the Commission to modify the directive contained in its October 1, 2010 Order. Specifically, FERC granted NERC’s request that the directive allow only NERC, not a responsible entity, to request a Regional Entity to reconsider a Technical Feasibility Exception (TFE) determination.
