On December 3, 2010, in Docket Nos. NP11-3 and NP11-5, NERC submitted a response to FERC’s November 5, 2010 Letter Order Requesting Data and Documents related to the responsible entity’s actions with respect to Critical Cyber Assets. The original, abbreviated NOPs were filed on October 7 and October 8, 2010 for Docket Nos. NP11-3 and NP11-5, respectively.
