On December 23, 2010, in Docket Nos. RR06-1, and RR07-7, NERC and WECC filed a report in response to FERC’s August 29, 2009 Order, which had accepted NERC and WECC’s request to continue deviating from the NERC pro forma Hearing Procedures and also accepted its proposal to file this report addressing the merits of continuing the deviation. Specifically, WECC Hearing Procedures deviate in that they do not include the shortened hearing procedures included in § 1.3.2 of the NERC pro forma Hearing Procedures.
