On December 23, 2010, in Docket Nos. RR09-7 and RR10-11, NERC submitted an informational filing responding to paragraph 773 of Order No. 672 regarding the initial three year Regional Entity Audits and the plan for future audits. In the report, NERC stated that it has completed initial audit activities of 5 of the 8 Regional Entities and expects to complete the initial audit activities for the remaining three Regional Entities by December 31, 2011.
