Grady Moore to Present at 30th Annual Southeastern Environmental Law & Regulation Conference Sponsored by Alabama State Bar and The Mississippi Bar
Grady Moore, chair of Balch’s Environmental & Natural Resources Practice, will provide a federal regulatory update on hot topics and their impact on environmental practitioners under the Clean Air Act at the 30th Annual Southeastern Environmental Law & Regulation Conference on June 10, 2022 in Miramar Beach, FL.
The conference, sponsored by the Environmental Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and the Section on Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law of The Mississippi Bar, will feature industry professionals from across the southeast and North Carolina. Keynote speakers will present on the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Land Conservation Strategies, Best Practices in Trial Preparation and Ethical Traps for Environmental Lawyers and Professionals.
Grady’s clients include large and small power companies, as well as industrial, chemical, and manufacturing companies. He focuses on Clean Air Act (CAA) rulemaking, permitting, and compliance issues for the energy, wood products, chemical, and manufacturing industries. Grady litigates Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state agency rulemaking and enforcement actions and provides permitting and compliance advice to clients' complex air regulatory issues including Title V, New Source Review, New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National ¬¬-Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) modeling, and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT).
