ACA International Convention & Expo
Jonathan Hoffmann and Jason Tompkins, partners in the Birmingham office and members of the Consumer Finance Litigation and Compliance Practice will speak at the ACA International Convention and Expo on July 22, 2022 in Orlando, Florida.
Jonathan and Jason will join collection experts from around the country as they discuss the lessons learned from outrageous claims and inept defenses in their session modeled after NPR’s Says You! quiz show. Their presentation will include a comprehensive review of cases that have been litigated in recent years and the compliance, litigation, and strategic takeaways for the ARM industry.
ACA International brings together third-party collection agencies, law firms, asset buying companies, creditors, and vendor affiliates, representing more than 230,000 industry employees. The International Convention is ACA’s largest event of the year with networking opportunities for everyone including first time attendees and new members, young professionals and women in collections.
