2024 ACA International Convention
Join Balch & Bingham at the 2024 ACA International Convention presented by The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals on July 21 – 23 in San Diego, California. This three-day event will gather third-party collection agencies, law firms, asset buying companies, creditors, and vendor affiliates. Balch attorneys are excited to share their insights and connect with fellow attendees.
Jason Tompkins, a partner in the Birmingham office and Chair of the firm’s Issues & Appeals Practice, will present on effective communication strategies with key stakeholders. His seminar will cover compelling client communication, negotiation techniques, persuasive writing and speaking, and non-verbal communication cues. Participants will gain an understanding of how these elements can either complement or conflict with each other, ensuring their messages are clear and impactful.
Additionally, Jason will be speaking on a panel on mastery of client communication and litigation management.
