ACA International Conference & Expo 2019
Jason Tompkins, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, will present at the ACA International Convention on July 16, 2019, in San Diego, California.
Jason will present during the session, "Don't Furnish a Plaintiff's Verdict: The Data Furnisher's Duty and Defending FCRA Cases" which will discuss recent CFPB actions, court decisions, and the most pressing compliance issues to explain how furnishers can comply with their duties under the FCRA and defend themselves when they end up in the crosshairs.
