Irving Jones to Present at American Bar Association Conference on New Tools to Drive Brownfields Projects Forward

Irving Jones, attorney in the Birmingham office and member of the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice will serve as a member of a panel at the American Bar Association Environment, Energy and Resources Section’s Master Class on Complex Environmental Liability in Atlanta on June 12, 2019. He will discuss the new tools available to help drive brownfields projects forward, the current status of some well-established tools and how these tools interrelate.

Irving focuses his practice on environmental and commercial litigation, primarily handling toxic torts and business dispute cases. His practice often involves resolving complex legal issues that require dynamic litigation strategies. Irving litigates on behalf of a variety of corporations and utilities across the southeast in both federal and state courts. Before practicing law, Irving was a counterintelligence agent for the National Security Agency.
