Steven Corhern Presenting at Strafford CLE Webinar Regarding Third-Party Subpoenas Under FRCP 45

Steven Corhern, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, presented a Strafford CLE webinar regarding the use of subpoenas under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Rule 45. Topics included obtaining evidence and testimony with a third-party subpoena, as well as best practices for issuing, enforcing and objecting subpoenas. Steven was featured as faculty for the CLE webinar. 

At Balch, Steven focuses on complex and appellate litigation. His practice centers on business disputes but also extends to other areas such as consumer protection statutes, environmental litigation, real estate, and civil rights.
