Conrad Anderson IV to present on Increased Scrutiny of Class Action Settlements at Georgia State Bar Class Action CLE

Conrad Anderson IV, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, will present at the Georgia State Bar’s Class Action Seminar on October 4, 2019. Conrad’s presentation, “We’re Done When I Say We’re Done – Increased Scrutiny of Class Action Settlements,” addresses the recent trend of courts declining to approve class action settlements and the reasons why.
