Christy Crockett White Presented at the Delta Human Resource Management Association’s 19th Annual Human Resource Seminar

Christy Crockett White, partner in the firm’s Jackson office and member of the Litigation Practice, presented at the Delta Human Resource Management Association (DHRMA) Human Resource Seminar in Greenwood, MS on November 7, 2019. This year marks the 19th annual DHRMA HR Seminar. Christy discussed emerging Labor & Employment issues, including the new overtime rule, grooming and dress code updates and issues related to technology in the workplace. 

DHRMA is an association of the Society for Human Resource Management. The organization provides resources for education, networking, professional development and continued support of the Human Resources industry.

Christy has more than two decades of experience as a trial lawyer, defending clients in cases ranging from complex employment law actions to multi-million dollar business disputes to large-scale product liability and toxic tort litigation. She serves as counsel to a variety of entities, including manufacturing facilities, school systems, insurance companies, retail businesses, and charitable organizations. Christy delivers client-focused representation and is thoughtful and deliberate in the development of legal strategies. Because of the relationships she cultivates with her clients, Christy can effectively and efficiently guide clients through all stages of litigation. She has a regional practice throughout the Southeast, regularly representing clients in Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia and Louisiana. Christy is a frequent speaker on employment law issues.
